1900 hrs. The 23rd Run of the Cycle. Back in familiar territory. Overcast, post-thunderstorm bliss. Soggy trails, humidity, and the occasional drizzle to keep things interesting. Long-sleeves and shorts. Lithium Mix on the Box. Slow, sluggish. Completed the 4.44 miles in a sub-sonic 59:52 for a 13:30 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
