1900 hrs. 25th Run of the Cycle. A steady, unrelenting rain for the first two miles, followed by sauna-like humidity and the feeling of imminent collapse. The trail was muddy, slippery, and difficult to navigate. Temp was 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity, which made it feel much warmer. First Wave on the Box. Completed the 4.44 miles in 56:57 for a 12:50 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
