0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Beautiful spring-like morning. Temp a manageable 62 degrees Fahrenheit (17 Celsius) with a gusty 15 mph wind out of the South. Long-sleeves and shorts for this one. Another slow, methodical, almost groove-less run. Completed the 5.02 miles in 53:46 for an unspectacular 10:42 min/mile pace. Once again, looking for traction after a week of travels took me off schedule. Mahalo.
