0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Another beginning after being sidelined for a week and change with the Crud. First run of March. Cool and overcast with temps in the low 60s. A substantial breeze out of the South. Misty Mountain Hop. A mere 3.39 miles in a sub-sonic 36:25 for a 10:44 min/mile pace. Absolutely slow and sluggish. Still trying to get my mojo back. Mahalo.
