0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. 46 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius) with a steady breeze out of the South. Long-sleeves, shorts, gloves and a soft shell. Another cool Spring morning. Completed the 3.30 miles in 32:38 for a 9:54 min/mile average pace. Uneventful. Slowly getting my lungs and legs back. Mahalo.
