0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Out the door at the appointed hour for an abridged maintenance run. Temp was a warm 64 degrees (18 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze from the South. Long-sleeves and shorts. Slow and Low that is the Tempo. Right calf wanted to seize up and hobble me. Stopped and stretched, worked it out. It was sore for the rest of the day, but I should be good to go again in 48 hours. Completed the 3.34 miles in 35:23 for a sluggish 10:35 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
