0600 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Cool temps, Long-Sleeves, and Shorts. Humid. Completed the 3.53 miles in a pedestrian 34:41 for a 9:50 min/mile average pace. No drama maintenance run to close out the week. Finished the week with eleven miles on three runs. Slow build after a week off.  Saturday and Sunday off this week. Mahalo.
