0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Another week of quality runs looms. Coolish temps: 58 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Celsius) and a lack of humidity made for great running weather. Shorts and long-sleeves remains the go-to uniform of choice. Will break out the gloves and soft-shell at the first sign of sub-50 degree weather. Completed the 3.57 miles in 34:46 for a 9:45 min/mile average pace. Solid effort after a couple of days off to recuperate and reload. Mahalo.
