0730 hrs. Campus Loop. Autumn Looms: 58 degrees Fahrenheit (14 degrees Celsius) to start things this morning. Extended the route South to the Highway 9 perimeter. Long-sleeves and shorts for the time being.  Cooler weather on the horizon. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Completed the 6.24 miles in 59:20 for a 9:31 min/mile average pace. Finished the week with 13.31 miles on three runs. Closed out the month with 58.88 miles on 13 runs. Will add miles in October. Mahalo.
