0830 hrs. Campus Loop. Stayed up too late channeling my inner Winston Churchill, which, combined with the heat, made for a very uncomfortable run this morning. It was 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) with 80% relative humidity when I hit the pavement. Completed the 3.01 miles in 33:00 for a super-slow 10:59 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
