Another week of running commenced under cloudy skies and a cool north breeze. The temperature was a lovely 46 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius), while the wind and the grey and the humidity made it feel a bit colder. Layered up with long-sleeves, a skull cap, and shorts. The 1980s Revisited mix on the box. Completed the 5.07 miles in 45:42 for a 9:00 min/mile pace. Solid. Mahalo.
