1000 hrs. Cool morning run with overcast skies, the hint of rain, and a slight breeze from the north. Temp at the starting line was 11 degrees Celsius (about 51 degrees Fahrenheit for those of you scoring at home). Layered up with shorts, a skull cap, and long-sleeved dri fits. The 1980s Revisited mix provided the musical entertainment. Extended the go-to maintenance run to the threshold of "long run" distance, but stayed in single-digit mileage. Completed the 9.01 miles in 1:31:13 for an average pace of 10:07 min/mile. A solid run from beginning to end. Finished the week with 25 miles. Mahalo.
