0945 hrs. Another quality run with my prettier, smarter half. Good times, as always, getting a rare 10k in with Jo. Beautiful morning, too. Temp was cool 52 degrees Fahrenheit (11 degrees Celsius) with a bit of a breeze from the north. Layered up with long sleeves and shorts. Spartacus Redux mix on the box. Completed the 6.71 miles in 1:13:56 for a sub-sonic 11:01 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
