1145 hrs. Out the door at the crack of noon. Temp was a beautiful 55 degrees Fahrenheit (13 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze out of the north. Wonderful running weather. Layered long-sleeves and shorts. Music provided by the Lithium-inspired Spartacus Redux mix. Completed the 6.03 miles in 56:34 for a 9:23 min/mile pace. Started strong, per custom, and then settled into a decent groove. Solid run. Mahalo.
