0800 hrs. Another beautiful AM run through familiar territory. The temp was a manageable 66 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius) with 80% RH. Clear and sunny with a slight breeze. Lithium favorites on the box. Completed the 4.05 miles in 39:34 for a 9:47 min/mile average pace. Ending the month with 67 miles (+12) on 16 runs (+3). Solid work. Mahalo.
