0800 hrs. Back on the asphalt trail after taking the week to rest my achy left knee. Feels decent after a 5k Saturday. The heat is building and summer is close--68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) with 95% RH. Social Distortion on the box. Completed the 3.28 miles in 31:38 for a 9:39 min/mile average pace.
