0845 hrs. Beautiful Saturday AM run with the temp a cool 63 degrees Fahrenheit (17 degrees Celsius) with 65% RH. Pulled up short at the three-mile mark due to sharp, stabbing pain in the left knee. Will continue Mobic and rest until Tuesday to speed recovery. Steely Dan vibe on the box. Completed the 3.00 miles in 28:27 for a 9:29 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
