0800 hrs. Saturday Fun Run. Closing out the month with a solid maintenance run through familiar environs. Ran "with" the "traffic" to rest my left IT band once again. Sans music. The heat (73 degrees Fahrenheit, 23 degrees Celsius) and humidity (96% RH) continues to build. Welcome to Florida...in June. Completed the 4.16 miles in 39:46 for a 9:33 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
