1800 hrs. The 18th Run of the Cycle. Cool and Crisp. A pleasant 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) with blue skies and a nice breeze. Lithium Mix on the Box. Continue to combine the East and West Loops for a nice change of pace; the East Loop requires more focus, as the roots and rocks are more pronounced. Completed the 5.01 miles in 56:48 for an 11:20 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
