1800 hrs. The 16th run of the cycle. The temp was a warm 85 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) with notable humidity and a slight breeze. Blue skies and Pollen. Trails are raked and in great shape. Beastie Boys on the Box--channeling 1986 all over again. Good work. Completed the 4.45 miles in 49:06 for an 11:06 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
