1800 hrs. A cool front ushered in the 23rd Run of the Cycle. Temp was an unseasonable 65 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Celsius) with 50% relative humidity (RH) and overcast skies. Post-Deluge Blues. The trail was nice, though a bit muddy in places. West-Loop out and back. First Wave on the Box, anchored by the Cure. Completed the 4.43 miles in 47:57 for a 10:49 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
