1700 hrs. 29th Run of the Cycle. The temp was a very warm 87 degrees Fahrenheit (31 degrees Celsius) with 30% RH. Baked. Fully. The trail remains in good shape. Lithium Mix on the Box. STP getting heavy rotation. Completed the 4.44 miles in 46:52 for a 10:33 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
