Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Another cold morning: temp hovering at freezing with a negligible wind. Out the door at the appointed hour for another go-to maintenance run. Completed the 5.30 miles in 53:57 for an average pace of 10:11 miles/min. Completed three runs for the week (14 miles) and two gym workouts. Mahalo.
