0645 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Thursday Fun Run. Hit the trail to 78 degrees (26 degrees Celsius) and 90% relative humidity. Almost like running in a sauna. Managed to complete the 4.06 miles in 41:38 for a 10:15 min/mile pace. Started with a sub-10 minute mile pace and then settled into a slower groove round mile three. Solid effort. Mahalo.
