0830 hrs. Campus Loop. Hot (78 degrees Fahrenheit, 26 degrees Celsius), humid (90% relative humidity), and windy. Extended the route to the Highway 9 boundary, before heading North through the East Campus.  Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Slow and deliberate, although it all started reasonably enough, the heat eventually conquered me. Water stop at the park saved my life. Completed the 5.46 miles in a sub-sonic 59:15 for a 10:51 min/mile pace. Wrapped up the week with 13.27 miles on three runs. Mahalo.
