0800 hrs. Campus Loop. Out the door later than planned, per weekend custom. The temp was a very warm 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) with 90% relative humidity and a slight breeze from the South. Shorts and sleeveless. No tunes on the box this morning. Reversed the loop and headed East through the campus environs, South to Highway 9 perimeter, and then home through familiar territory.  Completed the 5.31 miles in a slow 57:01 for a 10:45 min/mile average pace. Had 14.10 miles on three runs this week, as the build continues. Mahalo.
