0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Very nice temperature change to inaugurate another week of running. Temp was a cool 62 degrees Fahrenheit (16 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity and a slight Southerly breeze. Shorts and short-sleeves. Completed the 5.0 miles in sub-sonic 53:32 for an average pace of 10:43 min/mile. It was my 398th fastest five-miler since 2012. Proud. Mahalo.
