0930 hrs. 10th run of the month. Campus Loop. Post-Thunderstorm Bliss. Cool (69 degrees Fahrenheit, 21 degrees Celsius) with a slight breeze from the South. Humidity was not an issue. Spartacus Redux on the box. Completed the 6.16 miles in 1:04:53 for a sub-sonic 10:32 min/mile pace. Slow and methodical from the onset. Three runs and 13.44 miles for the week. Will add another run to the routine beginning next week. Mahalo.
