0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Back to winter running conditions. Hit the trail to 39 degrees Fahrenheit (4 degrees Celsius) and a slight breeze from the North. Layered up with the winter uniform--tights, layered dri-fits, a skull cap, and gloves. Sans music. Completed the 3.28 miles in 30:23 for a 9:17 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
