1300 hrs. Another round of the crud arrived and knocked me down for the week. Hit the trail this afternoon after taking four days off. Overcast and windy for today's five-miler through familiar territory. Temp was a warm-ish 67 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) at the start. Layered up with long-sleeves and shorts. Blink 182 on the box. Completed the 5.03 miles in 47:55 for a 9:32 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
