0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees Celsius) with a nice breeze from the north. Abridged loop through darkened suburban streets. The smell of Papa John's, Bud Light, and Gangrene permeate the pre-dawn hour. Shorts and a long-sleeve dri-fit. Sans music. Completed the 3.47 maintenance run in a sub-sonic 34:00 for a 9:48 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
