0530 hrs. Cold (42 degrees Fahrenheit, 6 degrees Celsius) and still in the pre-dawn hour. Out the door at the appointed time for an abridged maintenance run through familiar territory. Layered up with tights, long-sleeves, soft shell, and gloves. Sans music. Completed the 3.40 miles in 32:53 for a 9:40 min/mile pace. Solid run from the onset. Mahalo.
