0800 hrs. Daylight Run. Hot (76 degrees Fahrenheit, 24 degrees Celsius) and humid (98%) with no breeze of which to speak. Started strong and was zapped by the heat, humid, and latent effects of the beers around mile three. Best of the 1980's Mix on the box. Always nice. Completed the 3.81 miles in 38:12 for a 10:02 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
