0530 hrs. Dawn  Patrol. Inaugurating another week of runs. Hot (75 degrees Fahrenheit, 24 degrees Celsius) and humid (90% relative humidity), per recent custom. Out the door with the Doctora at the appointed hour. Slow and Low. Completed the 3.45 miles in a sub-sonic 39:43 for an 11:34 min/mile pace. Mahalo.
