0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Surprised by a "cold front" and 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) to start things off this morning. The thought of Autumn running weather makes me happy. Enough with the heat and humidity. Completed the 3.11 miles in a pedestrian 31:28 for a 10:08 min/mile pace. Mahalo
