0800 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Cooling pre-Autumn run through familiar territory. Temp was a pleasant 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) with 50% humidity at the onset. Split my time with the Doctora. Completed the 7.01 miles in 1:14:12 for a 10:35 min/mile average pace. Lithium Mix on the box. Mahalo.
