0800 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Saturday morning. Solo run through familiar environs. Temp was a manageable 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius) with minimal humidity for a change. Lithium Mix on the box. Completed the 5.36 miles in 55:26 for a 10:21 min/mile. 16 miles for the week. Mahalo.
