Dawn Patrol. Skinny Lizard Mix on the box. Out the door at the customary time for a routine maintenance run. The weather was cooperative: temps in the low 40s with a bit of a breeze out of the South. Finished the 5.96 mile campus loop in 55:47 for a 9:22 min/mile pace.  Saturday off, with a ten-mile long run scheduled for Sunday.
