0730 hrs. Mid-Morning Run. Back to Back. Track work. Temp was a manageable 64 degrees Fahrenheit (18 degrees Centigrade), while the humidity was 90%.  Planned on getting a six-mile campus loop in the books; however, changed my mind as I was running by Norman High and saw that the track was open. It's a beautiful Tartan track that is reminiscent of the Villa Olimpica in Tegucigalpa. So instead of working my way through the campus environs, I took care of business on the track. Completed 6.72 miles in 1:05:58 for a 9:49 min/mile pace. Ended the week with 20.20 miles on four solid runs. Sunday off. The vibe is proper. Mahalo.
