0530 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Hit the road to hot and humid conditions: 77 degrees Fahrenheit (25 degrees Centigrade) with a lovely 100% humidity. Poached the bathroom at Reeves Park due to undeniable Bowel-Related Issues (BRIs). Proud moment. Took care of business and finished the run tranquilo. Completed the 5.15 miles in 50:51 for a sub-sonic  9:52 min/mile average pace. Mahalo.
