0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Abbreviated Campus Loop to inaugurate another month of running. A veritable Autumn morning with the temp a manageable 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 Centigrade) and 90% humidity. Completed the 3.35 miles in 30:49 (38 seconds faster than last Friday's run) for a 9:12 min/mile pace. Solid from beginning to end. Mahalo.
