0645 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Post-Thunderstorm Bliss. The temperature was a nice 69 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity. A steady South wind kept things coolish. Back-to-back. Completed the 4.11 miles in 40.38 for a 9:53 min/mile pace. Shaved a minute and change off of Wednesday's time. Charging dog at the rally point made for an interesting few seconds of adrenaline-fueled madness. Screaming obscenities at the beast's owner made everything better though. Mahalo.
