0600 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Long-sleeves and shorts. Temp a cool 66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) with 80% humidity to start the day. Completed the 3.19 miles in 31:33 for a 9:55 min/mile average pace. Closed out August with 60 miles on 14 quality runs. Not bad considering I took the first week off! A solid month of runs to build on for September. Mahalo.
