0630 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Back in the game after a week off. Inaugurating the month of August after completing 13 runs in July. The temperature was an unseasonably cool 71 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius) with 90% relative humidity. Reversed the loop to begin the month. Completed the 4.17 miles in a slowish 43.35 for a pedestrian 10:27 min/mile pace. Water stop at the half-way point. No complaints. Felt good to get off of the treadmill and back to the trail. Mahalo.
