0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Three weeks of self-imposed downtime came to an end this morning. Hit the trail at the appointed hour for an abridged maintenance run. Shorts and long-sleeves. Temp was a coolish 67 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) with a nice breeze out of the South. Completed the 2.42 miles in 25:20 for a sub-sonic 10:28 minute/mile pace. Felt good to be back in the game again. Again. Will continue to build miles and endurance as the summer running season has officially started. Mahalo.
