0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. 66 degrees (19 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity and a slight breeze from the South. Shorts and long-sleeves. Solid effort under very favorable conditions. Preferred 5k maintenance run through familiar environs. Completed the 3.31 miles in 32:41 for 9:53 min/mile pace. Will undoubtedly extend the route for Saturday's planned seven miler. Mahalo.
