0700 hrs. Campus 10K. Reverse loop, extended to the Highway 9 perimeter, through the South Campus, and back to the shack. Hot and humid (71 degrees Fahrenheit, 21 degrees Celsius with 95% humidity.) Shorts and sleeveless. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Nice, consistent pace from start to finish. Completed the 6.21 miles in 1:05:04 for a 10:29 min/mile average pace. 14.26 miles on three runs for the week. Mahalo.
