0700 hrs. Campus Loop. 68 degrees Fahrenheit (20 degrees Celsius) with a serious pollen-laden breeze from the South. Shorts and sleeveless. Extended the campus maintenance route, per Saturday custom. Headed South from the Boyd Street Portal to the Highway 9 perimeter before trekking North, through the campus and the residential environs. Completed the 6.05 miles in a sub-sonic 1:04:34 for a 10:41 min/mile pace. Started "fast" and then slowed to a manageable, i.e., sustainable pace. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Good times. Finished the week with 12.63 miles on three runs. Mahalo.
