0545 hrs. Dawn Patrol. Campus Loop. Another week of running begins today. New go-to maintenance run reverts to four-miles. Stepped out to a beautiful Spring morning--66 degrees Fahrenheit (19 degrees Celsius) with 90% humidity. Shorts and long-sleeves. Completed the 4.03 miles in 40:20 for a 10:01 min/mile average pace.
