0715 hrs. Campus Loop. Out the door a bit late this morning. Temp was a warm 72 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius), 90% humidity, and a slight breeze from the South. Wine-soaked heat. Spartacus Redux Mix on the box. Had every intention of getting a solid seven miles in today. Completed the 5.45 miles in a slow and sluggish 59:59 for a 11:00 min/mile pace. Saved by the water stop at mile four. 12 miles for the week on three runs. Mahalo.
